Cat Naps

I have had cats my entire life and love them dearly.  I know from first hand experience that cats hate change, love routine and want to be in their own environment.  I always worried about my own cats when I traveled, but once I got into the cat sitting business, I realized that there is very little stress to the cat(s), when left in their own home.  It’s the owner (myself included) that feels stressed, but life does mean vacations and times away from home.

As your cat sitter, we will come in once a day, clean the bowls, put down fresh food and water, and clean the litter box.

Since we are there already, it is no problem to change lights, open/close drapes, bring in mail and newspapers, water plants, and generally make your home look lived in.  A half hour is allocated to the visit, and we will brush and play with your feline companion.

Your cat may need twice daily visits and medication and we are also able to provide that service.

The only thing we request of you is that you let us know you have arrived home safely, so we know our job is over, and kitty is safe.

 

 

A fact well known by cat owners: cats sleep, on average, 16 hours a day!  What a life!
